I booked this place as it had security gates, was 5 minutes from a morning job and free parking. The young man working Friday evening was brilliant. Friendly and how staff should be. The room was clean and cosy but had a strong smell of beer. Everything in the room worked . Excellent shower. The bed was super comfortable. The bar drink prices were fine.

We had a fantastic experience during our recent stay! The hotel has clearly undergone a major refurbishment, and it shows. The rooms are immaculate, modern, and incredibly fresh. Everything from the décor to the furnishings feels thoughtfully updated, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. One of the standout improvements is the new security system. The recently installed gates add an extra layer of safety and privacy, making the entire property feel much more secure, a thoughtful touch that guests will really appreciate. The food and drink offerings were equally impressive. There was a great selection of food and drink combos available, catering to a variety of tastes. Each dish we tried was delicious and beautifully presented, and the drink pairings elevated the entire dining experience. Overall, the attention to detail, comfort, and hospitality made this a memorable visit. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, secure, and enjoyable getaway.

I called operations manager Florin and requested if I could check in 1 hour earlier. As the hotel was not busy Florin assisted me and allowed me to check-in early. This was extremely helpful and allowed me to finish my business for the day in the comfort of the room. I was very impressed with Florin. He was very friendly and helpful. My experience dealing with him made my stay enjoyable. The room was also clean and the hotel is well located close to all major transport routes so I was able to leave early in the morning and quickly get onto the motorway.

Quiet location (you’d think you were in the countryside!) but very handy location off A46 and only a short drive/taxi ride into Coventry centre. Clean room (especially the bathroom) and large, comfortable bed. All the facilities expected in the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast and great pizza on request late evening. Plenty of free, secure car parking space. Motel style rooms away from reception building so little disturbance from other guests.

Room clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom immaculate. Facilities included: television, electric fan, tea tray and twin bedside lamps. Plenty of towels. Overall an acceptable place to stay during my business trip. Only concern is the rooms are in a building opposite the reception area. Bedrooms are accessed via outside walkways running the length of the building. This may be uncomfortable for solo female travellers. However, for a fee of £55 I was happy with the room. Breakfast was also good with a selection of pastries, fruit, cereal and full English cooked.

Absolutely loved the motel style and having dogs, being so close to the grass and parking made life soo much easier. From a pet friendly perspective it's the best place I've stayed in that respect. Breakfast was lovely and exactly what was needed. Location is perfect for when we are travelling to various dog shows in the area.

I have been to this place last year but the recent refurbishment has been amazing and the rooms are looking very fresh and immaculate. Usually it's a very secured place.The place is more secure with the newly installed gates. Compared to my last visit, this was an amazing experience, The hotel is now completely different. Even staffs were super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Near to city centre , but that’s what I wanted . Hotel had electric very high front gates which opened when leaving and as you entered . Felt secure on my stay

The staff were brilliant and very helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom spotless. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. I added breakfast later which was amazing. I will definitely stay here again, it was excellent value for money from all aspects.

The room was in good order, food was easily available and nice. The young guy on reception was very friendly and helpful. I was there with my 4 year old son and it felt safe and secure.
